I am a minister in the United Reformed Church, serving a group of 7 churches across Norwich, Wroxham & Hoveton, Wymondham and Mattishall. I have particular responsibility for Ipswich Road URC in Norwich and Wroxham & Hoveton URC.
I’m interested in mission, ecclesiology, Fresh Expressions of church, theology, current affairs, travel, and preaching – among other things. I recently finished an MA in Pastoral Theology, looking specifically at Fresh Expressions and whether they are ‘fishing nets or safety nets?’ You can buy an edited version of this in the Grove Booklets evangelism series.
From June 2008 until June 2010, I had a monthly column in Reform, the magazine of the United Reformed Church, reflecting on ministry training.
